Yes. As your business improves and meets the requirements for the next level, your Seller Level can be updated automatically. If marketplace performance declines significantly or platform standards are no longer met, the level may also be adjusted.
Can I pay for a higher Seller Level?
No. Seller Levels cannot be purchased or manually assigned. They are earned through genuine marketplace performance and customer trust.
What determines my Seller Level?
Seller Levels are based on multiple marketplace factors, including store quality, product catalogue, completed orders, sales performance, customer reviews, activity, reliability and overall account standing.
