All digital products on Owode are delivered automatically after successful payment. This guide shows you exactly where to find your downloads and what to do if something doesn’t look right.
When Digital Products Become Available
Your digital downloads are available:
- Immediately after successful payment
- On the order confirmation page
- Inside your account dashboard
No waiting. No manual delivery.
Access Downloads from Order Confirmation Page
After checkout:
- Scroll to the download section
- Click the download link provided
Access Downloads from Your Account
You can always access downloads later:
- Log into your Owode account
- Go to My Account
- Click Downloads
- Select the product to download
Download Limits & Access
Depending on the product:
- Some downloads may have limits
- Some may expire after a set time
- These details are shown on the product page
If you need access again, contact the seller or support.
Troubleshooting Download Issues
I can’t see my download
- Confirm payment was successful
- Check the Downloads tab
- Refresh the page or log out and back in
Download link not working
- Try a different browser
- Disable ad blockers temporarily
- Contact support if the issue persists
Keep Your Account Secure
- Do not share download links
- Keep your login details private
- Downloads are tied to your account
This protects both buyers and sellers.
